Anirudh Suri: Anirudh Suri grew up in Delhi but has since lived, worked and studied in Singapore, U.K. and the U.S. He is currently pursuing a joint degree in business and public administration (MBA-MPA) at the Harvard Kennedy School and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Previously, he worked at McKinsey & Company in its New York, New Jersey and Washington DC offices, serving various governments and large corporations around the world.  Prior to that, he was a Junior Fellow and Founding Editor of South Asian Perspectives at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Washington, DC. He studied economics and international relations at Haverford College and the London School of Economics. He is extremely interested in issues relating to national security, infrastructure development and e-governance, and hopes to pursue a career spanning the public and private sectors in India. He is the co-founder and coordinator of GYIPS.

 
Shikhil Suri: Shikhil is currently working at Crowell & Morning, LLP in its Washington, DC office, and is heading the expansion of the firm’s India Practice. In addition, he works in the International Arbitration and Corporate Practice groups. Previously, Shikhil was selected to be a Visiting Research Scholar at the Human Rights Center at the University of Minnesota Law School, while interning at Mansfield Tanick & Cohen P.A., Minneapolis, MN.  Shikhil pursued an LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and was admitted to the New York Bar. He also has a Bachelor of Legal Sciences & LL.B and an LL.M from the University of Mumbai, India , where he pursued coursework in Company Law, Contract law, Banking law, International Arbitration, Property Law and Civil Procedures. Upon graduation, he served as an Associate with M/s. Mulla & Mulla & Craigie Blunt & Caroe, Advocates & Solicitors, Mumbai, India. He is the co-Founder of GYIPS.     

 
Ankur Singla: Ankur graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, with a B.A. LLB (Hons.). Upon graduation, he worked as Legal Adviser at Linklaters LLP, London, where he was part of the corporate team dealing with M&A deals, JVs, structuring etc. His stint at Linklaters included a six month secondment to Linklaters’ Dubai office, where he worked on project financing of a petrochemical plant in Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he interned at Drew & Napier LLC, Singapore and AZB & Partners, New Delhi. Ankur turned entrepreneur some time back and is the founder of Akosha (www.akosha.com). 

 
Prajakta Kharkar:  Having grown up in India, Prajakta traveled to Singapore on the Singapore Airlines Youth Scholarship. Subsequently, she completed her GCE A levels and secured a Double Degree Magna cum Laude in BSc. Economics and Bachelor of Business Management from the Singapore Management University. During college, she was also on exchange at Queen's University, Canada. She is currently a policy analyst for the Monetary Authority of Singapore.  A passionate social entrepreneur, she is also the founder of Million Arts, a social enterprise based across Singapore, India and East Africa that works with civil war refugees in Uganda in the areas of poverty alleviation and education.  Prajakta's interests include public policy, social enterprise, international development and writing. She has a published book 'Fragrance' to her name featuring more than fifty of her original English poems and she is currently working on her second publication. Her future plans include further education in the area of economics, with a focus on public policy and international development, as well as propelling Million Arts to an international scale.

 
Pranav Yadav: Pranav is currently a Senior Consultant at ReD Associates, a leading European innovation consultancy that helps clients achieve market positions of strength, in its New York office. He was previously a Financial Analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York in the Structured Equity Solutions (SES) group, where he structured and priced equity-linked derivative notes as well as developed marketing strategies for new structured products across third-party retail clients and clients from Goldman’s internal private wealth management groups.

Pranav graduated from Carleton College where he majored in Mathematics, Physics and Economics. Pranav was also an SIA scholar and completed his GCE ‘A’ Levels from Victoria Junior College, Singapore. He is an avid fan of movies and good food, and plans to pursue entrepreneurial ventures in those fields. 

 
Prantik Mazumdar: Prantik is currently a Consultant & Country Manager (India) at StrategiCom Pte Ltd. in Singapore. Previously, he was Centre Director - Designate (Kolkata) at International Enterprise Singapore and an Assistant Manager, Infocomms Technology Division at International Enterprise Singapore, an organization under the Singaporean Ministry of Trade & Industry with a mandate to help Singaporean companies go global. He was also a Summer Intern at Accenture. Prantik pursued a Bachelor of Computing (Computer Engineering) degree at the National University of Singapore. 


Pritika Hingorani: Pritika recently graduated from MIT’s Program on Urban Planning. Having grown up in Mumbai, Pritika completed her undergraduate degree in economics and political science at Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, USA. She has worked as a consultant at Charles River International in Washington, DC and London, UK. She is extremely interested in urban development and plans to focus on the urban redevelopment of Indian cities.

 
Sherene Sera Jose: Sherene graduated with honors from National University of Singapore with a major in Computer Engineering & a minor in Entrepreneurship and has always maintained an active interest in technology and entrepreneurship. She spent a very enriching year with tenCube, an early stage startup in the domain of mobile phone security, through university in Singapore. She is now in the process of setting up ProtectedCC (electronic time-stamping service for copyright management) in London, outside of her day job in the financial industry. Her varied experience has led her to have strong views in matters of economic and public policy; she has attended several conferences on policy issues and is a participating member of the UN Association-UK and various tech entrepreneurship networks in London. In her spare time, Sherene enjoys backpacking, writing, volunteering and theatre.

 
Varun Bhandari: Varun recently graduated from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. Prior to this he was an investment banker at HSBC and Deutsche Bank in London, looking after Financial Institutions and Private Equity clients. He completed his undergraduate studies at the London School of Economics, with honours in Economics. At the LSE, he co-founded SPICE, which is now one of the largest student societies there. Varun pursued his GCE ‘A’ Levels from Raffles Junior College in Singapore. His interests lie in the field of development, entrepreneurship and finance. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and reading non-fiction (and browsing through Facebook).
